Horror Art

Here’s the place for horror artists other than myself. There’s a new movement in horror art, just like there’s a new movement in horror literature. Gone are the creepy old days of yore. Todays artist is action-oriented. They tell a story with their work and open the welcome door of escapism.

Watch Yourself. It’s not always a NICE place to escape to.

Vaggelis Ntousakis is a Greek painter from the Isle of Crete. What a talent! He caught my eye immediately when he appeared on the horror writer’s forum. I knew I had to have him for my website.

Vaggelis is an enormous talent with a huge body of work. His body was damaged in 1990, when he became a quadriplegic due to a diving accident, but we’re not worried about the limitations of his body. There’s certainly nothing wrong with his mind or his spirit!

Vaggelis, as so many of us have, came under the influence of H. P. Lovecraft when only a child and it warped him forever. He runs his own graphic design company and is hugely involved in the Horror/SF literary world. If you need a book cover, or anything else, that’s truely out-of-this-world, drop him a line.

Be careful though, it’s a scary place to go…
